Before performing maintenance on the oven,
thoroughly read this manual and carefully follow all
instructions in the order given.
This manual is applicable only to models listed on
the cover page. Procedures in this manual will apply
to all models unless specified. Illustrations can be
of any model unless the illustration needs to be
model-specific.

ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS
The Vulcan-Hart Models VCV13 and VCV6 are
factory-wired for dual 208/240-V, 1-Ph, 60-Hz, AC
power, but may be supplied by 208/240-V, 3-Ph
50-Hz, AC power. Vulcan-Hart models VCV4 and
VCV5 are factory-wired for 120-V, 1-Ph, 60-Hz,
AC power.
