IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS - Please note!
Please read these instructions carefully before using your SEECODE Fitness Vibration Plate to avoid injury or damage to the unit.
The maximum load of the unit is 100kg.
Damage to health is possible if exercising improperly or excessively.
Never leave children unsupervised near the machine!
Do not insert fingers or foreign objects into the space between the centre and bottom covers.
If you have not exercised for a long time or have heart, circulatory or orthopaedic problems, consult your doctor before using the machine.
Persons with high blood pressure, bronchitis, skin diseases, diabetes, physical limitations or other conditions should only use this device
under medical supervision.
Use of the SEECODE Fitness Vibration Plate is not recommended for persons with osteoporosis, cancer, heart disease, pacemakers,
prosthetic devices or other implanted medical devices.
Elderly people should use this device properly and under supervision. - Use of the device is not recommended during pregnancy or menst-
ruation. - Children should not use this device as a toy.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced or impaired sensory, physical or mental capabilities, or lack of experience or
know-how, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Do not use after drinking alcohol.
Wait at least one hour after eating before use.
Place the appliance on a flat, stable and level surface before use.

The remote control runs on two 1.5V AAA batteries (not supplied). Make sure the batteries are inserted
with the correct polarity in the battery compartment at the back of the remote control. When using the
remote control, point it towards the infrared receiver (9) or the control panel.
