Manual mode: The user can adjust the duration and pace of the exercise to suit their needs. Follow the instructions below when using this
mode.
1.
connect the device to the power socket. Turn on the power switch (3).
2.
Press the „ON" button on the control panel (14) or the button (1) on the remote control.
3.
First select the exercise duration, which can be between 1 and 11 minutes. To extend the time by one minute, press the (10) button on
the control panel or the corresponding button on the remote control. To shorten the time, press the button on the control panel (11) or the
corresponding button on the remote control. The remaining exercise time appears in the time display (7).
4.
Start the exercise by pressing the button (16) on the control panel or the button on the remote control.
5.
Now you can choose the tempo of the vibration. The tempo levels range from 1 to 99. To set the tempo to the desired level, press the but-
ton (12) on the control panel or the corresponding button on the remote control. To decrease the tempo, press the button (13) on the control
panel or the corresponding button on the remote control.,
6.
you can also quick-select the tempo with the M button on the remote control, jumping to the 20, 50 and 80 levels.
7.
To stop the exercise at any time, press the button (17) on the control panel or the corresponding button on the remote control. When you
have finished the exercise, switch off the machine by pressing the button (14) on the control panel or the button (1) on the remote control.
Automatic mode: The machine follows a preset exercise programme but allows manual setting of speed and time. Follow the instructions below
when using this mode. 1:
1.
connect the unit to the power outlet. Turn on the power switch (3).
2.
Press the „On" button on the control panel (14) or the button on the remote control.
3.
There are 10 different exercise programmes (P0 to P10) to choose from; press the button (15) on the control panel or the button on the
remote control repeatedly until the desired programme appears in the programme display (7).
4.
Table 2 shows the exercise speed of each programme according to duration.
5.
Once you have selected the desired programme, start the exercise by pressing (16) on the control panel or on the remote control.
6.
To stop the machine at any time, press button (17) on the control panel or the corresponding button on the remote control. When you have
finished the exercise, switch off the unit by pressing (14) on the control panel or the appropriate button on the remote control.
