it to its full potential, please read these operating instructions carefully before using your device to avoid damage due to incorrect

The SEECODE Fitness Vibration Plate produces horizontally oscillating and rhythmic vibrations that act on the whole body and activate and
tense the muscles. By standing on the floor plate in different positions, walking, jogging and running can be simulated. It is recommended to use
