your phone
Phone features and keys
Speaker and microphones – sends your audio to people you're

calling and output for the ringer and speakerphone.

USB port – allows you to connect the phone to a computer.
Soft keys – context-specific keys whose functions display on

the bottom of the screen.
USB host port - connect a USB flash drive to the phone here

to record calls.
Home key – returns you to Home screen. If pressed while on

Home screen, displays the Lines and Calls screen.
Volume keys – adjusts volume of speakerphone output

and ringer.
Mute key - mutes the microphones during calls and

conferences. The key glows red when activated
Dialpad – for entering numbers, letters, and special

characters. You can also use the dialpad keys to select menu
items that have index numbers.

Hang up – ends an active call when pressed.

Accept call – accepts an incoming call when pressed.

Back key – returns you to the previous screen.
Navigation and select keys – scrolls through information or

options displayed on the phone's screen. Selects a field of
displayed data.
Screen – display screen that allows you to view menu options

and data.
