Managing multiple calls
Here's how to manage multiple active, incoming or
held calls.
In the Calls screen, you can view active and held
calls, including conference calls. The image below
shows an active call and a held call.
Select a call, then either:
• press Hold to place an active call on hold
• press Resume
to make a held call active
• press Hang Up
to end a call with a contact.
You can only end active calls, so resume the held
call first before ending it.
• press Transfer to send the call to another contact.
Muting and unmuting your microphone
You can mute your microphone, so other parties
can't hear you, by either selecting Mute
pressing the Mute key on the phone, or pressing
the Mute key on the microphone.
You can unmute the microphone by selecting
Unmute , pressing the Mute key
the phone, or pressing the Mute key
