7.3 Trouble Shooting for Error Code
7.3.1 Error code 01
Discription
• Indoor TH. is short or open
Supposed
• Indoor TH. is not connected to the indoor unit PCB assembly
Causes
• Damage or defect on the sensing circuit of indoor unit PCB assembly. (R01H, R02H, R03H,
R04H, C01H, C02H)
Indoor TH. is connected to
Indoor unit PCB assembly ?
Yes
Indoor TH. is working
properly?
Yes
Sensing circuit of indoor
unit PCB is operating properly?
Yes
*The indoor unit PCB still has some problem.
* Replace the indoor unit PCB.
Be sure to disconnect the power cable plug from the plug socket before disassembling the
equipment for a repair. Internal components and circuit boards are at main potential when the
equipment is connected to the power cables. This voltage is extremely dangerous and may
cause death or severe injury if come in contact with it.
Be sure to turn off power switch before connect or disconnect connector, or parts damage may
be occurred.

* Connect to CN-TH1 in indoor
unit PCB assembly.
* Check Indoor TH.
No
- Measure resistance of TH
(air : about 10 kΩ at 25°C, .
pipe : about 5 kΩ at 25°C)
- If it is not, replace the thermistor.
No
* Check soldering state of
R01H ~ R04H, C01H, C02H
- If it is broken, replace indoor unit PCB.
