9 FAULT DESCRIPTION

Foreign object blocked between
suction pipe and the foot valve.
Rubber on foot valve damaged.
Suction head too high.
Leak or blockage in the suction line.
Too much solids.
Wrong direction of rotation.
Seal damage.
Too much counter-pressure
Suction line blocked.
Impeller blocked.
Ball has got caught.
Leaking joints or hoses.
Defective mechanical seal.

Remedy
Open and close the flap several
times.
Replace rubber.
Decrease suction head.
Repair defective parts or remove
blockage.
Add water.
Reverse direction of rotation.

Open the coupling and close it
again.
Replace couplings or hoses.
Replace mechanical seal.
