WARNING
Risk of serious personal injury. Always make sure the
miter saw is fully supported and securely attached to
a level work surface. Make sure the miter saw stand is
located on a flat surface.
• Lift and slightly tilt the saw/mounting bracket assembly
away from you and position it onto the miter saw stand.
While depressing the release levers, hook the mounting
bracket onto the rail, lower the assembly onto the

stand and release the levers to lock the assembly in
place. See Figure 7 (SAW IS NOT SHOWN TO ALLOW
VISIBILITY OF THE RAILS AND BRACKETS).
NOTE: The release levers will hook onto the rail and
lock into place when released.

WARNING
Do not use the miter saw stand for scaffolding or as
a ladder. Make sure to securely tighten all fasteners
before using. Maximum capacity is 440 Ibs (200 kg).
IMPORTANT: Maximum capacity is 440 Ibs (200 kg) with
the stand locked in the highest position (32-3/8") or 330
lbs (150 kg) with the stand locked in the medium position
(26-7/16"). Power tools on the miter saw stand should not
exceed a combined overall height of 60" (152.4 cm) from
the floor.

ROLLER/EXTENSION BARS ADJUSTMENT

Refer to Figure 8
The extension bars move in and out to the properly
support the workpiece.
The roller bars are used as directional rollers or with the
extension bars as stationary stop guides.
• Loosen the extension bar locking knobs, slide the
extension bars in or out to the required position, tighten
the extension bar locking knobs.
• Loosen the roller bar locking knobs, slide the roller bars
up and down to desired location, tighten the roller bar
locking knobs.
• To cut several workpieces to equal lengths, flip up one
of the workpiece stop, loosen the extension bar locking
knobs, slide the extension bar in or out to the required
position, tighten the extension bar locking knobs.

Lower and Release
Lever to Lock in Place
• Make sure the weight of the saw/mounting bracket
assembly is evenly distributed. Adjust if needed.
• Make sure all mounting hardware is tight.
To Remove the Miter Saw
• Depress the locking levers to unlock the saw/mounting
bracket assembly, tilt the assembly away from you and
lift the assembly away from the stand. Rest the saw/
mounting bracket assembly on the rubber feet.

OPERATION

WARNING
Make sure the wheels are locked before operating the
miter saw to prevent movement and serious injury.

LEVELING

Refer to Figure 9
One leg has a leveling foot for adjustment. Turn the
leveling foot up or down to level the miter saw stand.
Both legs MUST be in contact with a solid surface.
