Gas analyzer use

Upon analyzer Smart Gas switch on the display will show a short introduction
message, then the analyzer enters automatically in the main page where it is
possible to select the type of test to be carried out.
From the main selection page it is possible to gain access to the:
- Free page: to read the exhaust and engine principal values (engine
temperature and rpm).
- Mandatory emission test: for the fuel vehicles mandatory emission test.
- Official procedure: to carry out the test in accordance with the most
recent Standards in matter of gas analysis.

The ports where to connect the
probes (option) are placed on the
instrument rear side.
In particular, the D-sub connector
marked with the symbol "°C" shall be
used to connect the temperature
probe, whereas the "RPM" marked
one for connecting the rev counter
with pliers or the M.C.T.C.NET one of
the rs232 type.
