appliance).The manufacturer shall not
be liable for damages resulting from its
use on another appliance.
• This appliance is not designed to be
used by persons (including children)
with reduced physical, sensorial or
mental capacities, or by people with
no prior knowledge or experience,
except where they have benefited from
supervision or previous instructions
relating to the use of the appliance,
from a person responsible for their
safety.
• Children should not be allowed to play
with the appliance.
• Always unplug the appliance as soon
as you have finished using it and when

always use the spanner / pusher (I8)

to guide the pasta through the feed
tube. Never use your fingers, a fork, a
spoon, a knife or any other object.This
applies to the coulis attachment as
well (J): always use the pusher (F7) to
guide the food through the feed tube.
• Never touch any moving parts and
wait for the appliance to come to a
complete
stop
before
accessories.
• Do not touch the special fresh pasta
mixing paddle when the appliance is
running (I1)
• Switch off the appliance and unplug it
from the mains power supply before
changing the accessories or touching
the
parts
which
move
operation.

1 - MAKING FRESH PASTA
1.1 - PREPARING THE DOUGH
To make the perfect pasta using the
correct recipe is very important. That is
why the ingredients in the recipe below
must be weighed accurately using
weighing scales. Also the moisture
content of the flour varies so it may be
necessary to adjust the consistency.The
prepared dough must form large clumps
(like coarse crumble), which can be
formed into small balls by pressing small
amounts of dough by pressing with your
fingers. If the dough is too dry, it can
damage your pasta maker. If the
prepared dough forms a large ball it
contains too much liquid.
ACCESSORIES USED:
- Bowl assembly (b)
- Special fresh pasta mixing paddle (I1)
Plain pasta recipe:
- 300 g Italian '00' flour (sold for making
pasta)
- 150g beaten eggs (i.e. about 3
medium eggs)
- 1 pinch of salt

Very important : Never exceed this
amount of flour and exclusively use the
special fresh pasta mixing paddle (I1) to
prepare the dough.
• Press the button (a2) to release the
multi-function head (a3) and raise it
until it locks in place.

• Lock the stainless steel bowl (b1)
(clockwise) on the appliance and put
in the flour.
• Insert the special fresh pasta mixing
paddle (I1) on the outlet (a6), push
and rotate it anti-clockwise a quarter
turn to lock the accessory in its
housing. Add the flour and salt.
• Place the multi-function head (a3) in
the horizontal position: press the button
(a2) and manually lower the multi-
function head (a3) until it locks (the
button (a2) returns to its initial
position).
• Slide the lid (b2) over the stainless steel
bowl (b1).
• Run the appliance for a few seconds
on speed "1" and then pour the
beaten eggs through the hole in the
lid.
• Continue on speed "1" for about 30
seconds and then increase to speed 2
for about 1 more minute.
1.2 - USING THE PASTA MAKER
ACCESSORIES USED:
- Attachment holder (E)
- Pasta maker (I2 to I6)
- Spanner / Pusher (I8)
➢ FITTING THE ATTACHMENT HOLDER
• Press the button (a2) to release the
multi-function head (a3) and raise
it until it locks in place.
• Place the attachment holder (E)
and lock it in the anti-clockwise
direction such that the outlet is in
alignment with the appliance.
• Place the multi-function head (a3)
