Press to display Scheduler in Calendar View.
Scheduler defaults to Today each time you open it. The selection block highlights
the currently selected day. The month containing the currently selected day is
always displayed to the left; the next month, for display purposes only, is displayed
to the right.
Note the position of the small squares to the right of days 4, 5, 6, and 7 in
Figure 7-2:
• low indicates a morning appointment
• high indicates an afternoon appointment
• middle indicates an anniversary
Calendar View Menu Options
Menu
Press the button to display the following menu options.
• Go to Today: moves the selection block to today's date in Calendar view
• Go to Date: moves the selection block to the date you specify
• View Today: takes you to Day View for today
• Anniversaries All: displays a list of all existing anniversaries (special dates)
• Appointments All: displays a list of all existing appointments
