DDRESSES
There are two methods for multiple addressing. You can create a group in the
address book, then enter the group as the collective addressee of a message by
accessing the address book. Or you can simply enter multiple addresses into the To
or Cc field of a message when you compose it. The maximum number of recipients
for a PocketMail message is 25. You can make an Address Book group for email
addresses or fax numbers.
To create and use an Address Book Group:
1. Press
and then press
2. Choose New Group. Enter a name for this group: "Sales Team" or "My Tribe,"
for example.
3. Press
to move to #1, then choose Lookup from the menu.
4. The address book records are shown in alphabetical order. Select an
addressee in the same way you would when accessing the address book from a
message.
5. Select the email address or fax number and press
It is not possible to have email addresses and fax numbers in a single
group.
6. Repeat steps 3, 4, and 5 for each member of this group.
Done
7. Press
to save the group in the address book.
Once you create a group, you can access it from the To or Cc field of a new
message in the same way as an ordinary address.
To enter multiple addresses directly:
In the To or Cc field of the message:
1. Enter the first email address or fax number, either manually or by accessing
the address book.
2. Type a comma or semicolon. A second To or Cc field will be displayed. Enter
the second address or fax number. Repeat this step for each addressee.
