to save the message. The message is now in your Outbox, queued
to be sent the next time you connect to the PocketMail server.
If you don't want to send the message the next time you connect to the
PocketMail server, you can mark the message to be held. It remains on
hold until you change its status. Once the hold status is removed, the
message will be sent during your next connection to PocketMail. For
more information on status indicators, see Section 3.4.

OMPOSING A
The steps to send a fax are similar to those for an email message. As with email,
when you compose and save a fax, it is stored in the Outbox. The next time you
connect to the PocketMail server over the phone, any faxes in your Outbox are
sent, along with any email messages.
To compose a fax:
1. Press
. A blank composition form is displayed. Press
2. If this addressee's fax number is in your Address Book, select Look Up. If not,
select Enter fax.
If you are using the Address Book, use the arrow keys to select this addressee
from the list. Select the required fax number and press
If you are using the Enter fax method, a blank Name and Fax # form is displayed.
Enter the details and press
You can send a fax to more than one person at a time, as described in
Section 4.1.3.
3. Press
to move to the Cc field. Enter an address, or addresses, to which
you want to send a copy of this message.
