5. Advanced Features
5.1 About Mailbox Consolidation
The PocketMail Service can collect copies of your email from your other existing
accounts and send them to your Composer. With this feature, you can access your
other email accounts no matter where you are. For more information, see Section
6.6.
5.2 About Message Title Preview
Message Title Preview saves time and memory resources by allowing you to preview
messages before you download them. This feature is beneficial if you receive many
email messages daily. For more information, see Section 6.4.
5.3 Accessing the PocketMail Web Site
The PocketMail Service Web site is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for
customer support services.
To access the Web site:
1. Open a Web browser and enter the following URL: http://www.pocketmail.com
2. Log into the Web site using your PocketMail account name and password.
You have the option of a secure login, which activates encryption between
your PC and the PocketMail Service Web site. Once you are logged into the
PocketMail Web site, you can perform the following tasks.
• Mailbox Consolidation: The PocketMail Service can collect copies of your
email messages from your existing accounts and send them automatically to
your Composer. Using this feature, you can access your existing electronic
mail accounts from anywhere.
• Clear All Messages: The Clear All Messages option lets you erase all messages
in your PocketMail account.
• Clear Old Messages: The Clear Old Messages option clears all the old
messages in your PocketMail account. All messages will be erased except the
number of newest messages that you specify (as a preference).
