Before you begin:
Remove all components from the shipping carton. Rack should be

assembled on a padded surface such as carpet to prevent scratching of
aluminum surfaces. Remove bands securing component sections
together.
2. Read the instructions thoroughly to familiarize yourself with the assembly
sequence.
3. Note that you
is installed on the vehicle. This allows for minor adjustments to the rack
during the installation process.
4. Open the hardware box and ensure there are no missing pieces. All
hardware is galvanized to prevent corrosion. See the last page of this
instruction sheet for hardware identification photo. Hardware count:

  • Page 2 Assembly Steps: 1. Connect Front and Back Top Railings. Slide the 5” bracket forward to line up with back two bolt holes. Insert front railing portion into bracket and line up remaining two holes. Using (2) 1-3/4” and (4) 3” carriage bolts, (6) lock washers, and (6) nuts, install hardware finger tight.
  • Page 3 4. Install Rear Cross Bar. The rear cross bar is the smooth rectangular tube with the square bolt holes in each end. In addition, SHD (Heavy Duty) models will have (2) 2” hex bolts installed in underside of bar for corner supports.
