Before troubleshooting, make sure that the circuit breaker is in the ON position.
Check the engine speed.
STANDARD:

Start the engine, check the main winding
voltage with the main winding 4P connector

Disconnected at standard no load engine
speed: Between the terminals of the main
winding 4P connector
