Assemble the all parts to the generator, start
the engine and measure the AC out put
voltage after more 30 minutes.
If the generator does not AC output, replace
the AVR unit and recheck.

Disconnect the main winding 4P connector
Normal
Connect a known good 12 v battery to the brush
terminals.
Run the engine at 3,750 min
following voltages at the test points show below.
