Step 7
Snap wheel hub caps (Item #29)
onto the outside of wheels as
illustrated.
Step 8
With the help of a friend, turn the
cart to its upright position.
Step 9
Attach tank heat shield (Item #23)
to heat shield plate (Item #24)
using one #8 self-tapping screw.
Step 10
Attach front panel (Item #14) to
lower left and right leg of cart
assembly using two M6 X 12mm
bolts and star washers.
