General Maintenance

WARNING:
Isolate power before starting any mainte-
nance procedures to prevent electrical shock
or accidental starting of equipment.
CAUTION:
Never perform any maintenance functions
while the unit is in operation.

1. Maintenance intervals depend on the pump's use and ambient conditions. Monitor conditions of
oil regularly, and change when recommended or necessary.
2. (*) Motors have been lubricated at the factory. Motors that do not have the re-grease capability
(no grease fittings) are factory lubricated for the normal life of the bearings.
Refer to the service manual for grease specifications.

perature.

a sufficient cool down period.

Check for accumulated moisture
Change oil and replace oil filter
Check monthly and replace if required

Inspect
Replace the inlet filter elements
Clear as required
8 grams of grease per fitting
17 grams of grease per fitting
23 grams of grease per fitting
Inspect coupling rubbers for wear.
Replace as needed.
