Information
about the power supply
• Before connecting the device to your power supply, make sure that it is
switched off and that the electrical voltage specified on the device's type
label matches that of your mains power.
• Keep the power cord and the device itself away from heat, hot surfaces,
damp and liquids. Avoid touching the plug or power switch with wet or even
damp hands, or when you are standing in water.
• If the device falls into water, do not tryto pick it up. Instead pull the plug out
immediately.
• Never leave the device unattended when it is plugged into the mains.
• Always make sure that the plug is easily accessible when the device is
connected.
• Disconnect the plug from the socket immediately after using the device.
• Never pull on the power cord to disconnect the appliance from the mains.
Always pull out the mains plug!
• Do not carry, pull or rotate the device by its power cord.
• Make sure at all times that the power cord does not represent a tripping
hazard. The cord should not be kinked, pinched, twisted, nor pulled over
sharp edges.

• This device is not designed to be used by persons (including children) with
limited physical, sensory or mental abilities, or by persons with insufficient
experience and/or knowledge, unless under observation by a person respon-
sible for their safety, or unless instructed in the use of the device.
• Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
device.
• The surface of the appliance is hot. People who are insensitive to heat must
be careful when using the appliance.
• Massages using the hand-held massage device are not a substitute for
treatments administered by doctors or physiotherapists.
• Do not use this device if you are pregnant.
• People fitted with a pacemaker, artificial joints or electronic implants should
in all cases consult a doctor before using the device.
• You should not use this device if you are affected by one or more of the
following illnesses and conditions: circulatory disorders, varicose veins, open
wounds, bruises, swellings, burns, cracked skin, skin rashes, ulcerated in-
flammations, phlebitis or thrombosis.
• Do not use the massage device on parts of the body that are numb or insen-
sitive to heat, pressure or pain, or only do so after proper consultation with
your doctor.
• Never use the device where there is unexplained pain in the stomach or
calves.
• If you feel any pain from use of this device, or find the massage unpleasant,
stop the treatment and consult your doctor.

• Check the device and its power cord carefully for any damage before each
use. The device should not be used if it is in any way defective.
