Throttling the pressure and drive roller

Requirements
1. The throttle 3 of pressure roller 1 must be set so that the pressure roller 1 is raised
slightly.
2. The throttle 3 of drive roller 2 must be set so that the drive roller 2 does not rise until
the pressure roller 1 has complete contact.
