Description and Intended Use & Capacity Description & Intended Use Assist devices are intended to be used with the following Direct Supply beds: • Panacea 3000 beds with a safe working load of 450 pounds. • Panacea 3250 beds with a safe working load of 500 pounds. • Panacea 3500 beds with a safe working load of 600 pounds. The assist device is intended for use as an aid in entering or exiting the bed, as well as a stable handhold during self-positioning within the bed.

Inspect all components for damage or excessive wear. 4. Visually examine all welds for cracks. 5. Inspect all bolts and fasteners (Do not over tighten bolts at pivot points).
