    Cordonel Never wind the cable around the head of the meter. 16. Time stamp The Cordonel has a real time clock (RTC) from which time and calendar are derived. By default, the time is set to UTC. Most reading systems display the meter results in local time because they take into account the offset to UTC. It is therefore generally not neces- sary to change the time in the Cordonel.
