5 Collegamenti idraulici
Le operazioni di installazione e collegamento delle tuba-
zioni sono operazioni che possono compromettere il buon
funzionamento dell'impianto o, peggio, causare danni ir-
reversibili alla macchina. Queste operazioni sono da effet-
tuarsi da personale specializzato.
La batteria ad acqua è fornita di attacchi "maschio" con
filettatura gas.
Le operazioni di serraggio vanno effettuate con cautela per
evitare danneggiamenti dei collettori in rame della batte-
ria.
Il percorso dei tubi deve essere studiato in modo da non
creare ostacoli in caso di estrazione della batteria dell'uni-
tà.
Entrata e uscita acqua devono essere tali da consentire lo
scambio termico in controcorrente: seguire quindi le indi-
cazioni delle targhette ENTRATA ACQUA e USCITA ACQUA.
Prevedere una valvola di sfiato in alto ed una di scarico in
basso.
Staffare adeguatamente i tubi all'esterno della sezione per
evitare di scaricarne il peso sulla batteria.
A collegamento effettuato spingere bene la guarnizione
esterna in gomma contro il pannello per evitare trafila-
menti d'aria.
La coibentazione deve giungere a filo pannello per evitare
pericolo di condensazioni.
Prevedere dispositivo un antigelo.
Prevedere valvole di intercettazione per isolare la batteria
dal resto dei circuito in caso di manutenzione straordina-
ria.
Nel caso di installazione in zone con climi particolarmente
freddi, svuotare l'impianto in previsione di lunghi periodi
di ferma dell'impianto.

Correct installation and connection of the pipes is es-
sential to the proper functioning of the unit. Incorrect
pipe installation can even cause irreversible damage.
These operations must therefore be performed by spe-
cialist personnel.
The water heat exchanger is provided with "male" at-
tachments with gas fittings.
When tightening pipe unions, take care to avoid dam-
aging the copper manifolds of the water heat exchang-
er.
Pipes must be routed so that they do not prevent the
easy removal of the water heat exchanger from the unit.
The water inlet and outlet must permit counterflow
heat exchange. Respect the indications of the WATER IN
and WATER OUT labels.
Fit a vent valve at the highest point of the circuit and a
drain valve at the lowest point.
Secure the pipes to the outside of the unit with suitable
brackets so that the exchanger does not support their
weight.
On completion of all necessary connections, push the
external rubber seal firmly against the panel to prevent
air escaping.
Insulation must continue to the edges of the panel to
avoid condensation forming.
Fit a suitable anti-frost device.
Fit shut-off valves to isolate the water heat exchanger
from the rest of the circuit during extraordinary mainte-
nance.
When installing the water heat exchanger in areas with
a particularly cold climate, drain it in preparation for
extended periods of disuse.
