TROUBLESHOOTING

If these solutions do not solve the problem, have the product serviced by an authorised service centre only.
Problem

The battery charge is low.

Solution
Charge the battery.
Disconnect the charger from product.
Insert the start key and turn it to the ON position.
Check and clean all battery connections.
Insert the start key and turn it to the ON position.
Disengage the parking brake.
Set the direction control switch in the desired
direction (forward or reverse).
Release the brake pedal and step on the
accelerator pedal.
Disconnect the charger from product.
Check the air pressure in all four tyres.
Perform cutting deck level adjustment.
Replace the blade.
Clean the underside of the mower housing.
Mow at a slower speed.
Wait until the grass dries before mowing.
Mow once at a high cutting height, then mow again
at the preferred height.
Replace the blade.
Mow at a slower speed.
Replace the blade.
Stop the motor, and remove start key. Inspect
for damage. Have the product serviced by an
authorised service centre before restarting.
