TROUBLESHOOTING
If these solutions do not solve the problem, have the product serviced by an authorised service centre only.
Problem
The side discharge chute or opening
is plugged.
The grass is wet.
Poor grass
discharge.
The mowing speed is too fast.
The grass is too high.
The cutting height set too low.
The motor stops
while cutting.
The battery charge is low.
The battery charge is low.
The blade engage knob is down.
The blades do not
rotate.

Solution
Clean side discharge chute and/or opening.
Allow grass to dry before mowing.
Mow at a slower speed.
Mow once at a high cutting height, then mow again at
the desired height.
Raise the cutting height.
Charge the battery.
Charge the battery.
Raise blade engage knob.
Sit down fully on the seat.
Clean underside of mower housing.
Press the reverse mode button to activate.
Raise blade engage knob.
Charge the battery.
Ensure safety interlock system seat plug is fully connected.
If blades still won't stop, have the product serviced by an
authorised service centre only..
Press headlight button to turn headlights on.
Replace headlights.
Replace the battery.
Check/clean all battery connections.
