USER PROFILE

Select USER PROGRAM and set the resistance level for each of the columns of the
flashing slope profile by pressing the UP or DOWN buttons, and the MODE button to
save and advance to the next column. There are 20 columns in each application, and
any pre-programmed time will be divided evenly between them.

H. R. C. (Heart Rate Control)

When you select HRC mode, the age of 25 are displayed. This is adjusted to your
actual age with UP or DOWN buttons. The computer will then calculate the your max
heart rate, and let you choose between the levels 55%, 75% or 90% of maximum
heart rate goal for the session. You choose the intensity with UP or DOWN buttons
and confirm by pressing MODE.

WATT

Pre-programmed resistance is 120W. This is adjusted with the UP or DOWN buttons
from 10W to 350W, and confirm the setting with MODE. Press START to start
exercising, and the computer will adjust the resistance for your cadence to give a
constant equal to the resistance.
At start-up training, the display will toggle between TIME, SPEED, RPM, DIST, CAL,
PULSE, WATT (resistance) every 6 second, and the corresponding function symbol
will flash to the right of the screen. Press MODE to stop the rotation, and MODE
again to toggle manually between the different functions.
