confirm the selected route.
Finally, set the desired settings as optional settings above. Finally, press the START /

USER

Cycle through the programs until you get to the USER and a profile display. Press the
UP and DOWN buttons to adjust the resistance 1-16 on each segment. When the
desired resistance is selected for a segment, press MODE to go ahead and set the
resistance on the next segment and so on.
If you wish to set the time, distance, calories and the like, hold the MODE inside three
seconds. TIME starts flashing.
After you have added the desired time the program is divided over 16 segments. If
you program the computer time and other functions, it is the posted time that
determines when the program moves to the next segment. The program stops when
one of the preset values are to 0. Press START / STOP to start the program.

H.R.C.

HRC (Heart Rate Control) is a feature where the machine adjusts the tension up or
down based on your heart rate (requires that you have your hands on the pulse
handles in the middle).
Browse through the different programs until you reach the Target HRC Before you
can start the application you must enter your age. The computer works out your
maximum heart rate based on the age you enter. Furthermore, you can choose the
intensity of exercise intensity, expressed as a percentage of your estimated
maximum heart rate. In addition, the pulse appears indicated in beats per minute.
55%, 75% and 90% are preset in the computer. If you wish to add another pulse
value as your goal, choose "THR" and confirm by pressing MODE. There you can
add the desired workout heart rate, expressed in beats per minute.
Press START / STOP to begin training.
When your actual heart rate is lower than the target, resistance will increase one
level every 30 seconds until you have achieved the same pulse that you added as
your goal. If you go over your goal, the resistance will lower automatically every 15
seconds until you reach the desired training heart rate.

WATT

You can also program your computer to give an even load throughout the whole
workout. Once you've tried the machine a few times and know the tension that suits
you best, you can browse to the WATT-function in the computer.
Add a suitable resistance, expressed in Watt. Press START / STOP to start training.
The machine adjusts the resistance then based on how fast you pedal. Low rotation
speed provides higher resistance and vice versa.
Note that the magnetic brake takes a few seconds to adjust to each change you're
making - it is therefore important that you try to keep a steady cadence until the
machine has landed on the right load.
