SAFETY INFORMATION This cabinet is designed for hot and cold food holding applications. C5 4 Series transport cabinet (Polymer Insulation Armour panels on the sides, top and rear) must not be placed next to char boilers. Allow 18" (46cm) between Insulation Armour and any cooking equipment. -

Use soft cloth, mild soap water solution to clean lightly-soiled surfaces. Then wipe dry with a clean, soft cloth. For heavily- soiled areas, use a soft brush and solvent or emulsion-based cleaner.
