Operation
D Control mode
Possibilities:
− Display and modify the control operating mode (PHA/KSR).
− The desired seam program (0 to 31) is selected in the display line
("Program_").
You can then sequentially move through the individual block pro-
grams.
D Setup of SST
Function key F6 for direct selection. Possibilities:
− Display control type and firmware version.
The BT 6.190 has been designed, and is therefore especially suita-
.
ble, for spot seam timers. If an unsuitable timer is connected, the
device reports "Incorrect SST type!".
CAUTION
Operating an incorrect timer type with the BT 6.190 can lead to un-
desirable welding program modifications and to unpredictable re-
actions of the timer.
Therefore, use the BT 6.190 only together with our spot seam ti-
mers!
− Switch the process inhibitor on and off globally for all programs
− Switch the "internal ignition" on and off globally for all programs
− Reset all welding parameters to default values and delete all item
allocations.
− FK settings
(on/off, duration, start time)
− Pressure outlet operating mode
(0−10 V, 0−20 mA, 4−20 mA)
− Welding transformer settings
(selection, number, transformation ratio, etc.)
− Global control (limit) values
(performance limit / preliminary warning, input limit values for per-
formance, under−current time and pressure during programming,
conversion factor / zero offset for scaling function, monitoring in-
hibit, exit time / overlap, permitted modification range for correc-
tion of performance and pressure)
