[Hole Punch] appears only if the optional
puncher unit is attached to an optional
finisher or booklet finisher.
[Fold] appears only if the optional paper
folding unit is attached to the machine.
[Offset] appears only if an optional finisher is
attached to the machine.
[Rotate 90 Degrees] appears only if an
optional finisher is not attached to the
machine.
