MDHI will maintain a list of MDHI publica
tion subscribers for any future changes to this
manual. New and revised MDHI publications
are available through a Subscription Service
from MDHI Publications.
Contact the appropriate manufacturer
indicated in the LOAP for related applicable
documents and revision service.
E. MDHI Publications Revision Control
To ensure the manual is complete and accu
rate, compare the existing revision to the
manual against a current Publications Index
to verify all changes have been posted to the
manual. Comparing the List of Effective
Pages (LOEP) for the latest change to the
individual pages of the manual will ensure the
manual is up to date.

F. List of Effective Pages (LOEP)
The manual contains a List of Effective Pages
(LOEP) so the operator may be assured at any
time that the manual is current. The LOEP
identifies each page individually by chapter/
section and page number and gives the date or
revision number of each page.
G. Revision
Changes to parts of the manual by the
replacement, addition, and/or deletion of pages
is done by revision. Each revision has a change
Transmittal Letter and LOEP attached. The
Transmittal Letter advises all manual holders
of pages to be removed and added by that

revision.

H. Reissues
Occasionally the manual may be reissued and
is identified as Reissue #1, Reissue #2, etc.
