Reshipping Instructions
The following pages explain how to prepare the TracVision A5
antenna for reshipping.
IMPORTANT!
tie-wrap shipping restraints and pack
the antenna in its original packaging,
as explained in these instructions, to
ensure a safe shipment. Without the
restraints, the antenna
damaged.
Shipping damage will NOT be
covered under KVH's warranty policy.
Materials and Equipment Required
To prepare the antenna for shipping, you will need the following
tools and materials:
• #2 Phillips-head screwdriver

bit (supplied in the original kitpack)

• Six tie-wraps (supplied in the kitpack)
Do NOT tilt the antenna or turn it upside-down at any
time during this procedure. Tilting the antenna without the
shipping restraints installed may damage the unit.
