o'clock. Tip at 3 o'clock, fi nger
width from edge and just below the
surface of the milk.

As milk level rises,

16. Start Texturing Milk
Turn DIAL back to
STEAM position
to start texturing
milk.
Milk ready when
Milk Jug base is
too hot to touch
for 3 sec.
PAUSE
STEAM LIGHT is
ON = steam ready.
Pause steam by
returning DIAL.
Texturing makes
a smooth hissing
noise.
RETURN
60-65°C
60-65°C
Return DIAL to
vertical position.
Barista Tip:
For best milk
texturing results,
ensure steam
has fi rst heated
up (STEAM
LIGHT fully ON).
You will hear the
Pump start.
Check milk is
moving in a
whirlpool action.
Remove Jug from
Steam Wand.
