It is important to keep the tank empty in order not to compromise the operation
of the appliance. It is possible to vacuum up to about 7 litres of liquid and 8 litres

Using the appliance to blow

Disconnect the flexible hose and blow ring from the motor unit, as previously
described.

Turn the ring (24) in a clockwise direction and remove it.

Align the tabs of the ring with the slots of the suction vent,

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Warning: before cleaning the appliance, turn it off and unplug it from the power
point. To ensure correct use, and longer life, periodically empty the drum and clean
the filter.
• It is important to keep the filter in good condition, the use of dirty or damaged
filters can impair the function of the appliance, therefore clean the HEPA filter
periodically. To clean the filter, remove the motor unit from the drum (first unclip
the clips), remove the filter cover from its place (turning it counterclockwise) and
then rotate the filter clockwise to remove it. Gently shake the filter to remove the
bulk of the dirt and clean carefully with a brush. If using water, dry thoroughly
before reassembling the appliance. Regularly replace the filter based on the
frequency of use and if damaged.
• Clean the drum after each use to protect the vacuuming unit and to prevent the
water from becoming stagnant. Use water and a sponge slightly moistened with
liquid detergent, then rinse thoroughly and dry. Do not use scourers or abrasive
products.
• Do not immerse any part of the appliance, in particular the motor unit, plug and
electrical cord in water or other liquids (they must be cleaned only with a dry cloth:
do not use steel wool or abrasive products): should this happen, do not place your
hand in the liquid but first turn off the switch on the electric panel and unplug it
from the plug point. Dry the appliance thoroughly and check that the electrical parts
are dry: if in doubt consult a qualified professional.
