3.1 Using the tone screen

The following section describes the elements of the tone screen.

Affinity Compact - Instructions for Use - EN
Menu provides access to Print, Edit, View, Tests, Setup, and Help
Print allows for printing the session's acquired data.
Save & New Session saves the current session in Noah or OtoAccess®
and opens a new one.
Save & Exit saves the current session in Noah or OtoAccess® and exits
the Suite.
Collapse the left side panel.
Go to Tone Audiometry activates the tone screen when in another test.
Go to Speech Audiometry activates the speech screen when in another
test.
Extended Range +20 dB extends the testing range and can be activated
when the testing dial setting gets within 55 dB of the maximum level of the
transducer.
Note that the extended range button will flash when it needs activation for
reaching higher intensities.
To switch on the extended range automatically, select the Switch
extended range on automatically by going to the setup menu.
