Type of trouble
The steam generator does not heat
up
No system voltage
Water escapes from the steam
nozzle
Icon "E1" damage to the boiler temperature sensor of water located in the water tank
Icon "E2" no descaling agent.
Icon "E3" cabin temperature sensor damaged or not connected.
Icon "E4" the device does not fi ll with water.
Icon "E5" drain valve damaged or clogged
Icon "E6" an error occurred during descaling procedure
Possible cause
the temperature sensor is damaged or
not connected
no water supply
contaminated water supply
The descaling cycle has been
achieved
triggered the safety temperature limiter
triggered the FI breaker
triggered the fuse
the solenoid valve does not close
properly
scaled device
Corrective action
check the sensor, replace if necessary
open up the water supply
clean the inlet strainer on the solenoid valve
descale the device
the safety temperature limiter (WT3a). Press the pin
(Fig. 4.4a).
switch the FI breaker back on
switch the fuse on again
Check the solenoid valve
descale the device
