D25F Service
NOTE: To service your D25F Medicator you will need the
plunger and check valve seals, check valve assembly and a strap
wrench.
Step 1: To begin, unscrew the suction hose nut.

Step 2: Remove suction hose.

Step 3: Then, use the strap wrench (Part #: TOOL01) to loosen
the lid.

Step 5: Grasp the white valve support and pull the piston straight up and out of the body. Set the body aside.

D25F Service Step 7: Install the new seal into the groove on the plunger. Step 8: While you have the piston out, do a visual inspection on the white valve support on top.

D25F Service Step 13: Remove the check valve seal (Part #: J051). Step 14: Then carefully pry the check valve assembly (Part #: MPDI122), down and out of the stem. A small flat blade screwdriver or pick will make it easier.

D25F Service Step 16: Place the new check valve seal with the groove facing upward into the new barb. Step 17: Thread it onto the white stem and hand tighten.
