DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF MESSAGES

Set Bypass OFF: F0 1A 0x 12 03 00 00 F7
Set Bypass ON: F0 1A 0x 12 03 00 01 F7
This allows remotely setting the state of BYPASS in the SGX 2000 without
affecting anything else in the unit.
MIDI controller messages may also be used to turn Bypass ON/OFF. The default
value is MIDI controller number 84.
Request DUMP all presets: F0 1A 0x 12 4B F7
LOAD all presets: F0 1A 0x 12 0B <many bytes> F7
Dumps all presets in preset number order.
No compression of the data is done.
Request MPT table: F0 1A 0x 12 4C F7
Set MPT table: F0 1A 0x 12 0C <128 * 2 bytes> F7
For each MIDI program number there is a corresponding SGX 2000 preset number.
Each entry (internally) is 0..199 and is sent as 2 bytes.
First the least
significant 7 bits, then the msb.
This is done for each of the 128 MIDI program
numbers.
When FX ON/OFF Enable is ON, you may use MIDI controller 84 to activate MIDI
Bypass.
