For most breathing-air standards four test programs can be selected:
Airline < 40 bar,
High Pressure Cylinder ≤ 200 bar,
High Pressure Cylinder > 200 bar,
High Pressure Compressor.
The F3002 pressure reducer with an inlet coupling for an input
pressure of 300 bar max. must be used for all high pressure tests.

Test of air supplies of up to 10 bar
After selecting the test program, select the water range:
5 to 200 mg/m³ for systems incorporating desiccant dryers.
50 to 2000 mg/m³ for standard airline systems with or without

Then select the method for the oil measurement. The measurement is
carried out using
the Dräger-Tube Oil 10/a-P
or
the Dräger Oil-Impactor.
When using the Dräger-Tube Oil 10/a-P the oil type to be measured
must be selected. The data of more than 400 different oil types can be

The test must be carried out in the 2 to 10 bar range.
NOTICE
i
i
If the Dräger Aerotest 5000 is over-pressured an
overpressure warning is displayed and the unit will cease to
perform the test. The Dräger Aerotest 5000 must be sent to
Dräger to be tested and readjusted.
The input pressure is displayed on a bar graph. The system pressure
is displayed automatically.
NOTICE
i
i
The pressure dewpoint at the end of the test will be calculated
on the recorded system pressure.
For the majority of applications the system pressure from the standard
settings is used. If the system distributes the breathing air with a
different pressure to that being displayed this must be entered.
