The building management system is not
operating correctly.
The unit has no communication with
the building management system.
The unit is operating in a special mode.
One or more modules are not prop-
erly connected.
The filter(s) is/are dirty.
The fan settings are not properly cali-
brated.
The duct system is giving too much
resistance.
An air damper is not working properly.
The connected ventilation unit is not
working properly.
The filter(s) is/are dirty.
A component is loose.

HAT TO DO
Check the building management sys-
tem.
• Check the building management
system.
• Check the wiring.
• If necessary, set the unit to emit a
signal without adjusting the opera-
tion (register address 337).
• Check the connections of the
modules
• Check the operation of the unit.

Clean or replace filter(s).
Calibrate the fan settings properly. see

Resolve problems in the duct system:
• ducts too narrow
• bends too sharp
• blockages
Check the operation of the damper

units.
Clean or replace filter(s).
Check the unit:
• are the inspection doors closed?
• are the rubber seals still in good
condition?
