7. 7 Trouble and Corrective Actions

Phenomena
The temperature does not

Causes
1. The adjustment is not correct.
2. The nominal diameter is too
small compared

3. The desired temperature does
not correspond to the product.
4. The temperature around the
temperature adjustment valve
is higher than the preset
temperature.
5. The drain cannot be obtained
from the trap of the heat
exchanger, etc.
6. The heat discharge area is too
small.
1. The adjustment is not correct.
2. Foreign substances
caught by the valves or there
are scratches.
3. There is leakage from the
bypass pipe.
