INTERACTIVE CHANNELS
Interactive channels are unique. In addition to video and audio, they also contain a software application that lets you interact
with what you see onscreen. When accessing these channels, you will have to wait a few seconds for the software to download.
To exit an interactive channel, type in a new channel number or press GUIDE and pick the channel you want to move to.
These channels may have occasional updates and changes in design and software.
DIRECTV'S INFORMATION CHANNEL
Press the ACTIVE button in your remote control to go to channel 100, which is DIRECTV's homepage for user information.
You can also tune to channel 100 directly from the main Menu, from your guide or using the numerical numbers on your
remote control. From the Information Channel you'll be able to tune to see user guide video as well as learn how to
troubleshoot some common problems.
