u Assemble pipe 21 with compensator 4 using screws 3, 22 and seal 2.
u Screw assembly to charge air cooler with screws 10, 15 with washers 14 and seal 2.
u Screw assembly to turbocharger with screws 20, distance sleeves 19, seal 2 and nuts 1.
u Install screw plug 23.
u Assemble pipe 27 with compensators 4 using screws 9, 24, seals 2 and nuts 1, 25.
u Screw assembly to charge air cooler with screws 10 and seal 2.
u Screw assembly to turbocharger with screws 3, seal 2 and nuts 1.
u Screw clamps 8, 18 with screws 7, 16, 26, locking plates 6 and distance sleeves 17.
Information
Bend locking plates 6 after assembly.
u Tighten screws 7, 26 to torque.
