4. After collection, wait a moment before clicking the [Refresh] button at the upper right of the
screen.
[File Path] in [Snapshot Files:] displays the file name for the snapshot on the BMC when snapshot
collection is completed.
5. Click the BMC file path displayed in [File Path] to download the snapshot.

Specify the type of snapshot to collect:
- Partial: Reduced-size snapshot
- Full: Maximum-size log snapshot
To encrypt the snapshot, check the check box.
