Permitting sending from AlphaSmart devices

You can prevent others from using Beamer to beam information from
your AlphaSmart device.
This option is useful if you want to protect your files from being sent
to other devices. It's also useful in group situations where you might
want to prevent your group of users from beaming unauthorized
information to each other.
To prohibit beaming from an AlphaSmart device:
1. Start Beamer and choose Settings from the Beamer screen.

- Permit Send: YES
- Warn if overwriting clipboard: NO
Send to Palm device as ALPHAWORD file
2. Use the arrow keys to scroll to the Permit Send option. This
option is set by default to Yes.

This setting is particularly useful to users with an AlphaHub.
Tip!
You can prevent sending files from all connected devices so that
users can only receive the data you want them to receive from
your own Palm OS or AlphaSmart device.
