d) Fastening/changing the protective cap
• The camera features a protective cap to shield it from becoming dirty.
• You can remove the protective cap to clean the camera head. To do so, turn the cap
counter clockwise. Do not exert any force to prevent destroying the cap.
• Remove the protective cap to access the camera head.
• Repeat the steps in reverse order to fasten the protective cap.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

• Besides occasional cleaning, the device is maintenance-free. The sliding reel's ball
bearings should be lubricated occasionally with oil or grease. Only use acid- and resin-free
grease or oil to this end.
• To clean the device, use a soft, anti-static and lint-free cloth.
• Do not use any abrasive or chemical cleaners.
• After use in liquids, always thoroughly rinse the camera neck with clean water.
• Let the product dry after cleaning.
DISPOSAL
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the
household waste.
At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to the relevant
statutory regulations.
You thus fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.
