The working area must be dry, fire and explosion pro-
tected and free of corrosive and toxic substances.
Dangerous materials such as fire-liquid, toxic or radi-
oactive materials must not be lifted with the floor jack.

9.2 Test run

Before operation under load, carry out a test with testing
of all functions without load.

9.3 Lift the load

Step 1: Check that the load to be lifted is on a level and
firm surface, lock the wheels on vehicles and
apply the handbrake.
Step 2: Slide the floor jack under a lifting point of the
load intended for the floor jack (follow the manu-
facturer's instructions!).
Step 3: Turn the pump lever about its own axis to the
right (clockwise) to close the drain valve.
NOTE!
The operator must have a sufficient freedom of the
movement.
Step 4: To lift the load, perform an even pumping move-
ment with the pump lever by alternately moving
the pump lever up and down. The lifting arm
swings upwards.
Step 5: Before the lifting arm touches the load, check
again the alignment of the jack-saddle to the
load pick-up point. Make sure that the weight is
distributed centrally on the jack saddle.
Step 6: Lift the load slowly and evenly to the desired
height.
Step 7: Place the support frames under the load and
slowly lower the load onto the support frames by
slowly turning the pump lever counterclockwise
to open the drain valve.

9.4 Lower the load

ATTENTION!
Check that there are no persons, tools or devices
under the trolley.
Step 1: Turn the pump lever about its own axis to the
right (clockwise) to close the drain valve. Pump
the lifting arm upwards against the load and lift
the load off the pedestals. Pull out the stands
under the load.
Step 2: Slowly turn the pump lever to the left (counter-
clockwise) about its own axis to open the drain
valve.
The more you open the drain valve, the faster
the drain speed will be.
Step 3: When the load touches the floor, close the drain
valve and check that the load is stable. Then re-
lease the floor jack completely by opening the
release valve again and pull the floor jack out
under the load.
CAUTION!
Risk of crushing!
When the load is released, it can cause bruising of
the upper and lower limbs.
- Do not hold the upper and lower limbs between the
load and the ground when setting down the load.
Step 4: Turn the pump lever all the way to the left (coun-
terclockwise) to open the drain valve. Apply
force to the lift arm to move it down to the stop-
per.
