Assembly

Scope of delivery

The device is shipped in a carton on a pallet.
The scope of delivery included:
– The device.
– This operating manual.
– Manufacturer's certificate.
– Tool bag.
– Steering wheel.
– Seat springing.
– Ignition key.
– Operator's manual of the engine manufac-
turer.

Unpacking

1. Remove the carton and the film.
2. Check the air pressure of all tires (see
Technical data).

1. Fold the seat (1) forward.
2. Remove the blue protective film.
3. Move the lever for the cutting height ad-
justment to the lowest cutting position
(level 1).
4. Insert the screw (5) from below through
the cross member.

5. Screw down the seat spring (4) onto the
screw (5) from the top with the nut (3).
6. Fit the cap (2).
7. Repeat the steps 4-6 with the second seat
spring.
8. Connect the seat contact switch by con-
necting the plugs at the seat and the
frame.
9. Fold the seat (1) back.
Mounting the steering wheel

1. Insert the screw (1) through the steering
wheel and the steering column.
2. Tighten the central fixing screw (3).
3. Screw the nut (2) onto the screw (1).
4. Plug on the cap (4).
5. Release the parking break, unlock the
drive and push the mower off the pallet.
6. Relock the drive.
